Monday, December 1, 2008
8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. The Full Board will meet in Room 109 Butrovich Building,
UAF Campus. The first item of business will be an executive session, scheduled to last approximately one hour, followed by reports.
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. The Full Board will hear Public Testimony. The board chair will announce when public testimony is closed.
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon The Planning and Development Committee will meet in Room
109 Butrovich Building.
12:00 noon – 12:30 p.m. A lunch will be provided to regents and participating staff.
12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. The Full Board will hear a report from the University of Alaska
Fairbanks regarding the International Polar Year and the State
Energy Plan, followed by a proposed action item regarding a
UAA co-generation project.
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Academic and Student Affairs Committee will meet in Room
109.
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Facilities and Land Management Committee will meet in
Room 204.
5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The Full Board will attend a reception celebrating the Bartlett
Documentary at the University of Alaska Museum of the
North.
Tuesday, December 2, 2008
7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. The Audit Committee will meet in Room 204.

10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. The Human Resources Committee will meet in Room 204.
12:00 noon – 1:45 p.m. The Full Board will reconvene to conclude its business.
1:45 p.m. Adjourn
2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. The Full Board will participate in the dedication of the Henry
Springer Ornithology Laboratory at the University of Alaska
Museum of the North.
