MEETING SCHEDULE AND ACTIVITIES
Times for board meetings are subject to modifications within the December 5-6, 2007 timeframe.
Wednesday, December 5, 2007
8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
The Full Board will meet in Room 107 University Commons,
UAA campus. The first item of business will be an executive
session, scheduled to last approximately 1 1/2 hours, followed
by the president’s report.
9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
The Full Board will hear the president's report, public
testimony and a report on Cooperative Extension Service.
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The Planning and Development Committee will meet in Room
107.
12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
The Full Board will have lunch with members of the UAA
Alumni Association in the Lee Gorsuch Commons.
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
The Human Resources Committee will meet in Room 106.
1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Finance Committee will meet in Room 107.
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Chancellor Ulmer will host a reception in the Lucy Cuddy
Dining Room for regents and invited guests.
Thursday, December 6, 2007
7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
The Audit Committee will meet in Room 107.
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Public Testimony will resume. The board chair will announce
when public testimony is closed.
10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Academic and Student Affairs Committee will meet in Room
107. A working lunch will be served to members of the Board
of Regents and participating staff.

Facilities and Land Management Committee will meet in
Room 106. A working lunch will be served to members of the
Board of Regents and participating staff.
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The Full Board will reconvene to conclude its business and
vote on officers.
4:00 p.m.
