Regent Hughes called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m.

Regent Rogers moved, seconded by Regent Martin, and unanimously approved
that:

Executive Session regarding Personnel Matters
Regent Rogers moved, seconded by Regent Usibelli, and passed unanimously
that:
PASSED
"The Board of Regents goes into executive session at 2:05 p.m. Alaska Time
in accordance with provisions of AS 44.62.310 to discuss personnel matters,
this topic being a subject the immediate knowledge of which could affect the
reputation or character of a person or persons. The session will include
members of the Board of Regents and President Hamilton, and will last
approximately one-half hour. Thus, the open session of the Board of Regents
will resume at approximately 2:30 p.m. Alaska Time. This motion is effective
January 23, 2007."
The Board of Regents concluded an executive session at 2:50 p.m. Alaska Time in
accordance with provisions of AS 44.62.310 to discuss personnel matters, this topic being
a subject the immediate knowledge of which could affect the reputation or character of a
person or persons. The session included members of the Board of Regents and President
Hamilton, and lasted approximately one hour.

Regent Hughes adjourned the meeting at 3:00 p.m.
