Modify Datasource/Locate Datasource
In order to point to a newly installed server, we will need all users to point to a newly created
datasource. This will require that you also locate the datasource and test for the connection.
Begin by going to All Programs and finding ApplicationXtender Desktop, and then go to Data Source
Selector:
This will open Data Source Selector:
Select Prod and click Locate, this will open Data Link Properties, Click on Test Connection:
Then Click Ok:
if it does not succeed please contact Documentmgmt@utep.edu with a print screen of the error and
your location.
Click Ok:
And at the Data Source Selector, click on PROD:
Double Click on PROD until you get a check mark in front of Prod:
Click Ok and you may now use AppXtender Document Manager.
