1.
Click the Main Menu button.
2.
Click the Manager Self Service menu.
3.
Click the Time Management menu.
4.
Click the Report Time menu.
5.
Click on Timesheet.
6.
Enter the search criteria for the employee you are entering the overtime hours. E.g., Enter,
"west" into the Last Name field.
7.
Click the Get Employees button.
8.
Click the employee you want to enter the overtime hours. E.g., " North West".
9.
Click the Choose a date (Alt+5) button.
10.
Select the month from the drop-down. E.g.,"December".
11.
Select the corresponding year. E.g.," 2013".
12.
Click the Refresh Timesheet button.
13.
Enter the total hours worked for the day. E.g., "8".
14.
Enter the total hours worked for the day. E.g., "8".
15.
Enter the total hours worked for the day. E.g., "8".
16.
Enter the total hours worked for the day. E.g., "10".
17.
Enter the total hours worked for the day. E.g., "8".
18.
Click the Submit button.
