Important notes:

Australian University semesters are February – July for semester 1, and July – end of November for semester 2.

U.S. University semesters are ~20 August~20 December for semester 1, ~10 January~10 May for semester 2.



You must have completed step one of the application (online) as well as submitting this hardcopy
application, complete with signatures, in order to be deemed a fully completed application.

You may copy page 4 of this application form (Possible Substitute Courses in international institution) as many times
as necessary, to reflect the number of preferences you have selected in step one of your application.

Interviews with applicants will be held during the study week.

Note that host universities will NOT be in a position to find best suitable modules for you. You need to agree best
suitable modules with your programme option co-ordinator. You will find relevant information the relevant information and
