Beginning the 5th week of field placement, one written process recording per week is required from every student in field. Your Field
Instructor and/or Faculty Liaison may require additional recordings any time during the course of your field placement. Recordings
made from audio and/or videotapes may be included as part of your required process recording (no more than 50%). A written
component must accompany the audio and video recording. This completed log must be turned in with your evaluation at the end of
each quarter. You are expected to keep a folder that is current with all your process recordings. The Faculty Liaison may ask to
review these recordings at any time. Since it is not always possible to complete these recordings at the agency, you may need to work
on them at home.
