Why people write
Writing is a skill that you will use in everyday life:

With friends,
relatives and
loved ones.
Whether in a text message to a friend or a letter applying
for a job, writing is part of your life.
Why people write
To let someone know something, but what we write and
how we write it are important things to know.
There must be

You must know
who you are
writing to.

invite them to a party…

new phone.
This helps you decide on the words and the tone you use.
