grade. As per changes laid down in the Haddington Road Agreement, hours increased from 34.75 to 35
effective 1st July 2015.
Rate calculates as follows: €23,348 / 52.18 = €447.45 / 35 = €12.78 per hour*
2
Temp Exec Assistant_2011 rate is 10% less than the above rate of €12.78 calculated as follows:
€12.78 x 10% = €1.28, €12.88 - €1.28 = €11.50 per hour*
3
Rate linked to Executive Assistant_2010 Scale. Calculation is done by reference to hours for that
grade. As per changes laid down in the Haddington Road Agreement, new hires from 1 st July 2013 will
be employed based on a 37 hour week. Therefore the hourly rate will be decreased accordingly.
Rate calculates as follows: €23,348 / 52.18 = €447.45 / 37 = €12.09 per hour
4
The Temp Exec Assistant_2011 rate for new hires after 1st July 2013 is 10% less than the above rate
of €12.09 calculated as follows:
€12.09 x 10% = €1.21, €12.09 - €1.21 = €10.88 per hour
