- International Society of Automation (ISA) Program (November ‘13- Present) Implemented and helped manage an insurance program for the ISA organization that
was used to enhance the value of their membership. Initial planning for this program
began in 2013 and the program continues to grow everyday.
- Marketing and New Business Development (June ‘13 -Present) In charge of the research and development of a Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) Tool which is designed to assist the sales team in obtaining new clients.
- Annual Company Budget and Forecast (November ‘13-Present) Coordinated with the CFO to collect and analyze the annual budget for 25 sales
members. Assisted in establishing the 2014 and the 2015 Sales Team Budget.
- New/Lost Business Report (January ‘14-Present) Collaborated with AssuredPartners to track New and Lost Business for AHM.

- Company Expenses Reporting (January ‘14-Present) Responsible for the management and tracking of expense reports for the Sales members
within the organization. In charge of determining whether the expenses submitted fell
within the required reimbursement parameters.

Assisted in the reporting and management of insurance claims for clients. Helped clients
through the entire claims process from beginning to end.
- Wellness Committee Team Member (June ‘13-Present)
Involved in expanding the company’s Wellness Committee. Assisted in the the
development and implementation of initiatives to help employees lead a healthier
lifestyle.

In charge of planning seminar events for Sales Team Member’s prospects and clients.

AHM was bought by AssuredPartners in November 2013. Assisted in collecting the Sales
Team data so that management could present this information to the acquisition team.

St. Patrick Center Irish Open Committee Member- 2013 and 2014
- Served on the Irish Open committee, the largest fundraising event for the St. Patrick
Center every year. I was involved in the solicitation of donations and helping make
