 Managed all fielding activities of 12 direct reports to include travel arrangements, vehicle shipment,
troubleshooting procedures, fielding documentation, and logistics for part requirements. Resulted in 100%
delivery of over 75 M1200 Armored Security Vehicles (ASVs) distributed across 30 overlapping fieldings.
 Collaborated with Program Management, Government Representatives, and Army Unit Commanding
Officer’s to establish and execute fielding schedule for delivery and handoff of the Armored Knight
Product Line. Resulted in gross sales in excess of 125 million dollars.
 Directed execution of preventive and ongoing maintenance of vehicle & electrical systems for six M1200
Armored Security Vehicles (ASVs) and six M1025 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles
(HMMWVs) over a 32 month period. Resulted in promotion to Field Service Supervisor I.
 Developed data and generated a record keeping system for facility vehicles on electrical equipment
serialization, discrepancy report history, preventive and ongoing maintenance, and over-pack item
inventory. Utilized data analysis to maintain vehicles in mission-capable capacity.
 Conducted weekly vehicle usage meetings with Program Management, Logistics Management, and
engineers to schedule vehicle accessibility, usage requirements, and maintenance. Resulted in 100%
vehicle readiness and eliminated scheduling conflicts.
 Streamlined processes by identifying discrepancies in technical manuals, troubleshooting procedures, and
operating standards. Reduced man-hours and material costs by implementing improved corrective actions.
United States Navy, San Diego, CA
 Supervised and trained up to 108 personnel in operational & safety programs.
 Scheduled preventive and ongoing maintenance of electrical systems on 11MH-60S Helicopters over a 24
month period. Resulted in 100% mission completion for over 6,000 flight hours.
 Performed audits on 23 operating procedures & safety programs for the 2515th Air Ambulance Detachment.
Identified discrepancies and took corrective action over a six month period, which resulted in over 350
incident free rescue missions.
 Saved the Navy over $15 million in parts due to proper troubleshooting and corrosion prevention.
