Setting or Changing Answer to Authentication Questions
The authentication questions are necessary to accurately identify the user in order to change an
existing or forgotten password. A user must answer all the authentication questions.
In the Setup or Change Answers to Authentication Questions page you have two options:
1. Answer the predefine authentication questions in the field that is next to the question.
2. Provide personalized authentication questions in the blank question field with your personalized
authentication answer in the blank answer field provided. Add additional Personalized
authentication questions by selecting the add question button and repeating the previous step.
Note: When personalized authentication questions are provided, they must follow the answer policy
provided by the system; no two questions can have the same answer.
