1.0 Navigating to Security Setting – Trusted site Zone Window Pane
If you use the Windows Internet Explorer 7 and it has pop-up block problem for downloading,
you would solve it by changing its browser settings. To Change Browser settings Navigate to
the Security Setting – Trusted site Zone Window Pane.
a. Select Tools from the menu bar.

From the Tools drop-down list, select Internet Options menu item.

After the Internet Options dialog opens. Select the Security tab.

2.0 Change File Download and Automatic Prompting for Download options to enable:
Using the right horizontal scroll bar scroll down until Downloads icon shows.

At the Automatic prompting for file downloads choose Enable.
b.
At the File download choose Enable.
c.
Select the OK button.

d. If the Internet Explorer warning dialog box appears with the “Are you sure you want
to change the setting for this zone?” Select Yes.

e. The Security Setting – Trusted Sites Zone box should disappear returning to the
Internet Options dialog window with the security tab open. Note: the Security level
for the zone should change to Custom after the enabling the changes in the
previous steps.
