Resolved that the Brighton Campus Student Government
Association Senate approve the petition to charter the Horseback
Riding Club.
b. Veterans Club
Resolved that the Brighton Campus Student Government
Association Senate approve the petition to charter the Veterans
Club.

1. ACTION ITEMS (Items requiring a Senate vote)
a. Black Student Union request for funds
Resolved that the Brighton Campus Student Government
Association Senate approve the Black Student Union request for
funds in the amount of $950.
b. Elizabeth Maria request for funds
Resolved that the Brighton Campus Student Government
Association approve funds to Global Union International Student
Association member Elizabeth Maria in the amount of $1300.
c. Engineering Leadership Council request for funds
Resolved that the Brighton Campus Student Government
Association Senate approve the Engineering Leadership Council
request for funds in the amount of $2000.
d. Engineering Design Teams Recognition
Resolved that the Brighton Campus Student Government
Association recognize the accomplishments of the Engineering
Leadership Council, the Engineering Design Teams, and
Professor John Wadach.
e. Clenita Thomas Recognition
Resolved that the Brighton Campus Student Government
Association Senate recognize and bestow the honorary title of
President Emeritus of the Brighton Campus Student Government
Association to Clenita Thomas.
g. Student Association Budget
Resolved that the Brighton Campus Student Government
Association approve the Student Association Budget for the
fiscal year 2008.
