for current and new faculty, staff, graduate
assistants, and student assistants
Verify all time sheets for accuracy
Develop and maintain database of
confidential records
Represent chair to Human Resources

Create databases and reports with
candidates’ pertinent information
Maintain materials for all candidate pools
Coordinate correspondence to candidates
Process affirmative action forms
Serve as a resource to department search
committees with the recruiting and hiring
procedures
Implement Board of Regents record keeping
requirements for candidate files
Banner
Manage cap overrides, registration permits,
and remove Banner holds
Advisement
Serve as primary advisor to freshmen and
sophomores
Student Records
Maintain student files
Retain processed student forms on file
(substitution of course, honors credit,
independent study, credit by exam, transient
permission)
Maintain plagiarism files
Publications
Assist as editorial/production consultant
Page design and layout for in-house journals,
senior seminar anthologies, Eclectic, The
Lantern, brochures, fliers, posters, and
programs for department events

Collect and Format Snappy Profiles

Prepare certificates for WAC graduates
