Martha Comfort is a Human Resources Director in Hewlett-Packard
Company’s Enterprise Group, where she is responsible for driving people
strategies to ensure that business objectives are achieved in the HP
Servers Global Business Unit, HP Converged Systems Global Business
Unit, and the Enterprise Chief Technology Organization. Martha is
passionate about developing organizational structures and processes that
retain and develop talent and empower leaders to innovate.
Prior to this role, Martha has worked as an HR Business Partner in HP,
Compaq Computer, and Digital Equipment Corporation, mostly in
worldwide Engineering and Marketing organizations. Early in her career she was a Supply
Chain and Distribution Manager.
Martha holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from American University in
Washington, D.C., and a Master’s Degree in Music Education from Florida State University.
