In the next few weeks, registration information, transportation tips, things to do in Key West, etc. will be posted on our website (active on Sept. 10 th ).
Important Points:
 Hotel reservations must be made directly with Casa Marina Resort & Beach Club.
We have secured a GREAT group rate of $189.00 a night. Common to Florida beachfront properties an additional $10 charge per night does get tacked on.
Upgraded, waterfront rooms are available for an additional cost. It is strongly recommended that you reserve your room with Casa Marina prior to December 20 or as soon as possible!! We may have to negotiate for additional rooms. For reservations call Casa Marina at: 888-303-5717
 We are currently in the process of developing a very interesting and special meal plan for registered retreat participants. As has occurred before, all participants who register are required to pay for the meal plan. Additional meal plans can be purchased for accompanying family members.
 Based on the costs accrued and recommendations made by previous retreat chairs, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds for the registration fee or meal plan.
 Business Meeting Decision: If you would like to recommend other colleagues who have not been on the list before, please email their names, affiliations and contact information ASAP to us for consideration.
