 Printing Services & Copier Bids were awarded to HUB’s
 We attend Spot Bid Fairs, where we make contact with
HUB vendors
 Procurement will be hosting a HUB fair this April (more
details to come!)
 We collaborate with other state agencies to grow our
HUB program
 Procurement is here to assist you with finding HUB’s
You Can Make a Difference with Quotes
 When do we obtain quotes from HUB’s?
You should get quotes for every purchase (written or
verbal) to ensure maximizing our expenditures
 When is it required?
Federal Fund purchases (19.330 & 19.331) from
$3,000 to $5,000 and all purchases over $5,000 not
purchased under a cooperative purchasing network
• How many quotes do I need?
You must solicit at least three quotes, two of which
must be obtained from HUBs. If any are "No Bid", you
must obtain a 4th bid from any vendor
