Dr. Bannock appears regularly as a guest expert and health correspondent on radio and television programs such as BBC Radio 2 and the Discovery Health Channel. He has lectured at Oxford University in England as well as at other universities and venues around the world, including Canada, Sri Lanka, Belgium, Spain and Germany. Dr. Bannock is the director of the local International Institute of Clinical Nutrition, a distance-learning resource for healthcare practitioners and others interested in human physiology and clinical nutrition. He also runs a private practice in Santa Fe. Dr. Bannock’s presentation is part of the college’s Wellness Center Summer Events Series, a series of free events designed to inform the community on different health topics.
