April 23-May 1: Internal notice in City Currents about web redesign;
presentation to DCC and Academic Senate

May 1: RFP ready to publish
May 3: Determine/suggest internal process for redesign (how are decisions
made?)
May 10: Presentation to CCSF Board’s Technology committee on scope of
project
May 25: Deadline for submissions from candidates
June
May 25-June 8: Review applications, choose potential candidates, schedule
interviews, write interview questions
June 11-15: Initial Interviews of candidates
June 18-22: Final Interviews of candidates
June 22-28: Selection of candidate
