When will I be registered for my study abroad course?
Although you are not traveling until summer months, arrangements will be made on your behalf during the spring
semester, thus payments are due January – April. Transfer credit will be applied to your account upon completion of
the program.
What if I received a scholarship or financial aid for travel?
Program payments are independent of financial aid disbursement schedules.
Program participants are responsible for all payments by the posted deadline regardless of the time funds are released.

Note: Installment #2 will increase by $74 if an ISIC insurance upgrade is requested at time of application.
