if you have students who need some assistance.

Today we were standing around in our cage when Copernicus noticed a hole in the

that our cage door had accidentally been left open.

Once we were out, Copernicus decided to lead the way. He said he was a natural.










review their work on this section prior to writing
use key vocabulary and key academic vocabulary from the lessons
use the correct “voice” for the diary (Newton’s first hand accounting)
use complete sentences and check spelling and grammar
be aware of the sequence of events and keep them in order
write neatly, and be aware other students will be reading their work
