Staff training: Scheduled open workshops to be held by a skilled trainer for 1 to 2 hours every 2 or 3 weeks covering specific topics We could publish screen shots and give options as to which methods to use e.g. A small staff survey using relating to the use of Office 2010. These workshops could be recorded and uploaded to a website for further viewing and training also. Sessions could also be opened to staff and students or held separately if desired. 3B In addition to the workshops I would look at utilise the campus agreement discount held with Microsoft and see whether or not something could be provided from their e-learning portal or general training catalogue.
