Recommendation of the Examiners on a Candidate for the degree of

The Examiners are required where possible to complete a joint report on this form
including the result of the examination as a whole and the recommendation to the
University. This form should be completed within 10 working days of the viva
voce examination and returned to the Academic Secretariat.
