SECTION C : RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK

UK Border Agency regulations require that anyone employed by Anglia Ruskin has an immigration status that is commensurate with undertaking paid employment in the UK. If the nominee is a national of a country outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), then please state his/her current immigration status in the UK. Anglia Ruskin requires a photocopy of external examiner nominees ’ immigration documents (visa, stamps, biometric residence permit etc.) which will be securely held on file for the duration of his/her employment.
