Keep track of your activities for the next two weeks. Then complete the provided time schedule by listing
your waking hours activities. Include any of the following which may be a part of your regular routine:
•Current school schedule
•Travel times to school
•Work on or off campus
•Robotics
•Home duties other than studying
•Study times for each course
•Recreation and leisure times
•Religious activities if any
•Outside activities except leisure and recreation
•Other activities not noted above
You may modify the hours on the schedule if you are awake at times other than those specified or if you
sleep at other times (such as during the day). Make a copy of the schedule and keep it. Turn in a copy in three
weeks.
