Navigating the Online Performance Management System Wednesday, February 3, 1:00 – 2:00 pm, Mendel G88 In this hands-on workshop, staff will learn how to access and navigate the online Performance Management System. We will cover the performance appraisal process and workflow, how to use the Progress Notes feature, how to locate your previous year’s review, and more. Computers will be available for you to follow along. This workshop is intended for new University staff and anyone who would like a “refresher course” on the online system.
