THURSDAY MARCH 31 ST AND THURSDAY APRIL 7 TH
FROM 5-7:00 PM
IN THE ART BUILDING STUDENT LOUNGE
They will be here to teach the loomless weaving technique that is used
to create kebed, an insulating, decorative mat for the interior of Somali
nomadic houses. This is a rare opportunity to come and learn from
Somali elders. Food from Sanaag Restaurant will be provided.
