Campus Recreation Business
Group X – Suggestions were taken on how to create more awareness about the Group X classes being offered
by the Campus Rec Department. Input included having classes out in the quad, placing sandwich boards up near
19th Avenue, and increasing the amount of tabling.
Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC) – The proposed relocation of the RWC to Lot 41 and discussions that
took place over the previous 8 weeks were summarized, including the idea of expanding the MAC Court to
double as an Events Center. The official consultation process concluded at the end of October and the following
items were recommended:
 Relocate the RWC to Lot 41 from Lot 25.
 Avoid asking for any additional increases in student fees.
 Not consider expanding the MAC court at this time to double as an event center.
Official votes were asked for from CRSAB board members and the Board unanimously supported all three
recommendations.
Gym Building Renovation – The Board was informed of the future Gymnasium Renovation Project which is to

The project would impact Gym 100, the Pool, and the Locker Rooms, all of which would be unavailable over
