Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this session, participants will:
 Explore the concept of “the big picture” and its relevance to planning.
 Discuss the on-going process of planning, including the importance of data and the
influence of internal and external factors.
 Develop tools based on the results of the Achieving Styles Individual Leadership
Inventory and the Aspirational Achieving Styles Individual Leadership Inventory to
improve leadership skills, effectively implement change, and work together
productively, creatively, and harmoniously with others in the workplace.
