Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this session, participants will:
 Explore the most widely used leadership styles.
 Identify the main challenges associated with being a leader in the community college
system, and hear how a panel of current leaders address those challenges.
 Discover how they can be agents of change and move the College forward from
whatever position they hold.
