Help Desk,
I've been charged with the task of maintaining my clubs website for Industrial Engineering
department. I followed the instructions correctly and I can’t access the wings server. I am
absolutely sure my username and password are correct because I use them to access my email
and UBLearns page every day. I've attached the screenshot below. Please Help!

Hi Jason,
This is Matt from the UBIT Help Desk. I’ve looked in to your problem and believe I have found
the solution; the authentication error you’ve received isn’t there because your name and
password are wrong, just like you stated. When you try accessing the server, are you on or off
campus. If you are off campus, that is where your problem lies. We actually have a VPN we
need you to connect to first to allow you to edit and upload files. You can get there following this
