A. Facility Tour Debrief
Musi-2 to become dedicated film/video lab.
Musi-6 to schedule Film/Video lighting class starting in the fall semester
Musi-202 currently schedules speech classes
Musi-203 was Patrick’s preference for classes
Musi-204 is ideal for classes whose enrollment is 45+ students
Musi-205 is ideal for classes whose enrollment is 45+ students

Document attached listed all funded items.
$8,938 was funded to finish the upgrade of the design program
Purchase of 2 Kilns is still in the approval process
Dance sub-flooring was approved but not listed on the VP List of priorities.

Rankings for 13/14 unit plan were reviewed

Diane Hayden will be working with 5 departments (Art, Coms, Danc, Film, Music) to ensure that

C. ACCJC Site Visit Assessment
College was placed on warning for SLO for not meeting the standard for proficiency. The college must meet
the standard for sustainable continuous quality improvement by Fall 2014.
