Is the entire works cited set up in 12pt. Times New Roman?

Are all periods, caps, commas and other punctuation exactly right?

TIPS FOR DOCUMENTING PAPER
Use the first word from works cited SOURCE to document your paper. That word should be the last name of the author as long as the author is known. If there is no author, the next item is the name of the article.
The first time you use the source, introduce the source. (Again check the Little, Brown Handbook for correctly citing your paper—pages on my website.
When you take ideas, words, paraphrases, summaries from a source, you MUST DOCUMENT.
CHECK THE PAPER
On your computer or with markers, you should highlight as indicated below.
This will help you see if all the parts are there.

Is the heading correct?
2.
Does the paper have an original title?
3.
Is the thesis sentence the last sentence of the introduction?
4.
Does the introduction have 4-8 sentences?
5.
Does the introduction have the full name of the author and the full name of the story punctuated correctly using quotation marks?
6.
Is your introduction free of information that has to be documented? (The introduction should be from your head, not from sources. Save the sources for the body of the paper).
7.
Is the paper documented correctly? (author page number) Remember is the author’s name is in the introduction of the information that you are providing from the source, then all you need is the page number.
8.
The sources from the internet may not have numbers, but you can tell which page they are on; therefore, you should give them a number. Did you use the number?
9.
Did you use all 10 sources? You lose 10 points on the documentation for each missing source.
