2012-2013 CSU Bakersfield Cost Allocation Plan
and Memorandum of Understanding
WHEREAS: The CSU authorizes each campus to recover direct and indirect campus costs
incurred by auxiliary and self-supporting campus entities; AND
WHEREAS: The auxiliary and campus are required to maintain a Memorandum of
Understanding that outlines campus services that are included in the cost
allocation plan; AND
WHEREAS: The University has completed the calculation for the allocation of costs for the
2012-2013 academic year at an amount of $28,705.00 which is higher than the
budgeted allocation of $16,062.00; THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED: That the ASI Board approve an additional allocation of $12,643.00 to be taken
from the ASI Reserves, and approved by President Mitchell.
