Call to Order
President Ana Safazada called the meeting to order at 12:02pm and welcomed everyone. Quorum
was established.

A. Bloodmobile - Kirstin Nguyen, Chris Pham, and Ana Safazada
1. Chris Pham thanked volunteers for their time and support
2. Chris reminded clubs of club points for the end of the year club competition
 1 point for 1 hour of volunteering
 3 points for blood donors
3. Tuesday, October 13th, total units collected were 80, goal: 82
4. Two days left to reach goal of 360 units
5. Discussion: Club member pointed out complaints regarding the use of numbers and a lack
of enough seats. Feedback answered by, that numbers were used for systematic purposes
and number of seats represented how many donors Red Cross staff could take on.
Wednesday proved to be very productive. Number system proved to be helpful that people
sat in accordance to their turn.
B. Homecoming Activities - Ana Safazada.
1. Spirit Week – November 2-7, 2009
 Monday 11/2 is “Wear your ECC School Colors Day”
 Tuesday 11/3 is “Disco Fever Day”
 Wednesday 11/4 is “Nerd Day” - competition at the I.C.C. meeting
 Thursday 11/5 is USC vs. UCLA Day - dress up in school colors
2. Club Banner Contest – there will be 2 club winners for best theme and best overall banner
3. Halftime Activities at ECC football game vs. Citrus College – game at 6:00pm in
Murdock Stadium. Parade at 7:30pm with classic cars and showcasing of queen and king
candidates.
4. Disco Fever Night – VIP only for clubs and ASO no outsiders – RSVP based, reserved for
6 members per club. King and Queen will be announced at this event. Event from 9pm12am. Last day to RSVP is Oct. 31st at icc.cabinet@gmail.com.
5. One King and Queen candidate per club.
6. 4:30pm October 22nd last day to submit homecoming queen and king apps (found in
homecoming packet)
7. Nov. 3-4th, 10am-2pm and 4-6pm voting for King and Queen candidates.
8. Club received homecoming packet information by email.
VII. Next I.C.C. Meetings
A. Cabinet and Finance Committee Meeting – Monday, Oct. 19, 2009 at 11:45am in the I.C.C.
Office. Club budget requests are due on Friday, October 16th for items to be approved at the
next I.C.C. meeting. (See ICC Club Budget Request Procedures).
B.
General Meeting – Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at 12pm in the Activities Center West
Conference Room.
VIII. Open Discussion –
A. Come together, new charity club made a small speech regarding their clubs activities,
such as helping the needy, can drives, and toy drives for Christmas.

Anthropology club would like to start a recycling program, Chris Pham recommend
Anthropology club work with A.S.O Director of Finance, John Fornes regarding recycle
committee.
Adjournment
Motion to adjourn was made by Psychology Club. Second by College Republicans. Motion
passed. Meeting was adjourned at 12:35pm.
