This week in English Class – *Introduction to Shakespeare= Students will complete a research packet on William Shakespeare and the period he lived in. This will be in the form of an "internet scavenger hunt," and will take place in our Media Center Computer Lab. Students need to bring a book to read if they finish early. *I spent a few minutes and showed students HOW to access information on my website, regarding this assignment, as well as any assignment on my calendar, and more. **Anagrams & February “Bouquet” Vocabulary: Students will practice more Anagrams, all dealing with items and people relating to the month of February, as well as some commonly misspelled words, like “Bouquet.” **Mrs. Ragsdale is available each week for “Turn-it-In Tuesdays” and “Work-on-it Wednesdays” At 11:25 -- the beginning of lunch! Complete your work in my classroom, and then go to lunch. If you come after you eat, I will not have time to help you, as I need time to eat, too. **The Westmoore Fine Arts Department is presenting the musical comedy, “Li’l Abner,” this week! Westmoore students with a 3.0 GPA or higher may purchase tickets beginning tomorrow morning in Room 135 for just $3. The student performance is Thursday from 9-11am.
