Title: Math Bingo
Purpose: To solve and practice addition using numbers sentences
Grade Level: 1st Grade
TEK:
(3) Number, operation, and quantitative reasoning. The student recognizes and solves problems
in addition and subtraction situations. The student is expected to:
(B) use concrete and pictorial models to apply basic addition and subtraction facts (up to 9 + 9
= 18 and 18 – 9 = 9).
Length of time necessary for Game: 20 minutes/depending on level
Number of Participants: 1 player minimum (per computer)

Directions:
The student is required to understand and be able to solve addition problems. In this bingo game
the students are required to solve the number sentence in order to find the sum. When the sum is
found the student will then proceed to click the number on the bingo computer screen.
Level 1:
includes students finding sum to single digit number sentences (very easy)
Level 2:
includes students finding sum to single and double number sentences (medium challenge)
Level 3:
includes students finding sum to double digit number sentence ((hard challenge)
Variations:
Bingo game also includes multiplication, subtraction and division for older students.
