Allocate up to $200 for the purchase of an ASO EZ-up Tent from AS Supplies

Copy Center Blanket Purchase Order (Approved at ASO Finance Meeting 3/15/11)
Allocate an additional $250 for the Copy Center Blanket Purchase Order (BPO 410525)

Elections Committee
The elections committee chair will announce the Elections Committee members and the
Senate will ratify the members of the elections committee. Committee members: Nicole
Reinertsen, Johanna Zamora, Jessica Lopez, Sam Barke, and Cindy Valdez

Election Calendar
The Senate will ratify the election calendar approved at the Elections Committee Meeting
on 3/17/11.

The Senate will ratify the election guidelines and information sheets approved at the
Elections Committee Meeting on 3/17/11.
6.3 – Senate Schedule – Jessica Lopez

Discuss and vote upon canceling the finance meeting on 4/5/11 and rescheduling the meeting to
3/29/11
6.3.2
Discuss and vote upon having an additional senate meeting on 4/7/11 because the 4/14/11 meeting
falls during spring break and in order to approve the funding for the election in a timely manner.

Hands Across El Camino April 7, 2011 – Camille Johnson the Senate will vote on
whether we should have a Hands Across El Camino on April 7, 2011 in preparation for
the actual April 17, 2011 event.
6.7 - ASO Sanctioned event – Jessica Lopez

Will move that the ASO officially participate in an hour-long HTP seminar.
6.8 – Smoking on Campus Policy – Jasmine Hormati
6.8.1
The Senate will discuss and possibly vote upon the resolution presented at the meeting.

6.9 - Spring Break Alcohol Awareness Week – Nicole Reinertsen

The Senate will vote to officially endorse Spring Break Alcohol Awareness Week .
6.9.2
The Senate will vote on making a Public Service Announcement commercial to be entered
into a contest.
