6.1.1 Aysha Shakih – Senator of Health Sciences & Athletics
The Senate will consider/take appropriate action for the appointment of Aysha Shakih as
a Senator of Heath Sciences & Athletics.
6.1.2 Stefan Ecklund – Chief Justice
The Senate will consider/take appropriate action for the appointment of Stefan Ecklund
as Chief Justice of the ASO Court.
6.1.3 Elina Choi – Public Relations Commissioner
The Senate will consider/take appropriate action for the appointment of Elina Choi as
Commissioner of Public Relations.
6.2 – Resignations – Brooke Matson
The Senate will be informed of the resignation of Dorothy Chan as Student Services Officer
6.3 – California Schools & Local Public Safety Protection Act (Prop 30) Resolution – Dillan Horton
The Senate will consider and vote to approve a resolution to state its position on the
California Schools & Local Public Safety Protection Act (Prop 30).
6.4 – Get out the Vote Campaign – Dillan Horton
The Senate will discuss and vote to approve a number of activities to encourage student
participation in the November 6, 2012 Presidential Election.
6.5 – Volunteer Opportunity – Kowana Kanairu
The Senate will hear a presentation regarding volunteering opportunities.
6.6 – Recruitment – Dillan Horton
The Senate will be reminded of the recruitment operations that have been conducted, are
underway and must be completed.
6.7 – Senate Visitors
The Senate will hear introductions from visitors of the Senate.
