Note to students:
 Exact date for check offs will be based on the availability of the skills instructors.
 Skills instructors have assigned days and specific hours for check offs.
 The sign up folder is located in the classroom; you are only to sign up for a week at a time.
 No cancellations without consulting the skills instructors. The instructors have both the Friday
and Saturday groups to check off.
 Be prepared for the skill before your check off appointment and bring your check off sheets
and any needed supplies indicated.
 All skills must be completed before the start of the clinical rotation.
