Be it hereby proposed that the following be enacted:
I.
WHEREAS, that the ski and snowboarding club’s previous president overspent their account, and
WHEREAS, the current e-board has changed their policy with spending, and
BE IT HEREBY ENACTED, that the ski and snowboarding club be granted a waiver for their
overspending and that their overspending be forgiven.
II.
That this bill goes into effect immediately upon passage in accordance with the Student Association
Constitution.
