It identifies issues and needs from the community and helps implement community programs. Team members are engaged throughout the Extension programming process; therefore, they are instrumental in: needs assessment identifying resources marketing programs evaluating effectiveness of programs building advocacy for Extension programs Family and Consumer Science Agents improve the quality of life for Georgians through programs on financial security, foods and nutrition, children and families, and housing and home environment.
