Departmental Policies:
1. There will be 3 major exams.
2. An open book exam may be given at the discretion of the instructor.
3. There will be a comprehensive final exam and questions on it can deal with any
of the course objectives.
4. The final exam must be taken by all students
5. The final exam is counted from 25% to 40% of the course average score, at the
discretion of the instructor.
6. The course letter grade will be used in the usual manner. Letter grades will be
assigned as follows :
