These include site safety procedures, equipment operating procedures, job procedures, and procedures for the handling and disposal of materials and waste. 3 Assessment Information a All activities must comply with relevant legislative and/or regulatory requirements, which include, but are not limited to those listed in the references. b All work practices must meet documented worksite procedures (where these exceed code) for personal, product and worksite safety. Evidence requirements 1.1 Process requirements and specification for castings are determined in accordance with worksite procedure and/or client requirements. 1.2 Sealant level in the autoclave is set in accordance with the size of castings. Outcome 2 Carry out the repair of castings using the impregnation method. Evidence requirements 2.1 Castings are prepared in the autoclave in accordance with worksite procedures. 2.2 Autoclave is operated and process applied in accordance with worksite procedures. Range vacuum or pressure. 2.3 Castings are removed from autoclave, excess sealant is removed, and sealant cured in accordance with worksite procedures. 2.4 Autoclave is drained of sealant, and is cleaned in accordance with worksite procedures. Outcome 3 Test castings after repair and complete documentation. Evidence requirements 3.1 Repaired castings are pressure tested in accordance with worksite procedures. Range water or oil. 3.2 Any castings not complying with specification are identified and/or marked and segregated in accordance with worksite procedures. 3.3 Documentation is completed in accordance with worksite procedures.
