code) for personal, product, workplace health, safety, and environmental matters,
and the obligations required under current law including: the Health and Safety in
Employment (HSE) Act 1992; HSE Regulations 1995; HSE (Mining Operations and
Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2013; HSE (Petroleum Exploration and
Extraction) Regulations 2013; Resource Management Act 1991; Conservation Act
1987; Environment Act 1986; Hazardous Substances and New Organisms (HSNO)
Act 1996; HSNO (Personnel Qualifications) Regulations 2001; and their subsequent
amendments.

NZQA before they can register credits from assessment against unit standards.
Providers and Industry Training Organisations, which have been granted consent and
which are assessing against unit standards must engage with the moderation system that
applies to those standards.
