Conservation Act 1987; Environment Act 1986; Hazardous Substances and New
Organisms (HSNO) Act 1996; HSNO (Personnel Qualifications) Regulations 2001;
and their subsequent amendments.

It is recommended that assessment against this standard follows or is concurrent
with assessment against Standard 22480, Construct and complete single aquifer
