1.1 Analysis of the horticultural operation under consideration provides details of work processes undertaken.

1.2 Work analysis provides details of labour required to undertake each process in the defined operation.

1.3 Collation of information from available production, harvesting, marketing, capital development, and maintenance schedules provides details of work distribution on an annual basis.

1.4 Application of job description development skill identifies the profiles of labour required.

Range: job descriptions and skill requirements, numbers, timing of employment and duration, levels of experience.
