Action Items from Prior Meeting:
Follow Up on new membership or change of responsibilities of the SSC
New Roles/Responsibilities
Assessment – Eric Engh agreed to represent assessment
New Members
Student Government representative- Tasha Kama has been asked to serve, Francine to f/up
Faculty Senate Representative
C3T (DOL $) – Goal to get people back to work with new/improved skills.
3rd round - Susan Wyche is focused on DEV Ed, HOST, food sustainability for UHMC
Outreach Centers reps will discuss their roles are and what they hope to get out of being part of the committee.
Continue discussion to figure out: Priorities of the STUDENT SUCCESS COMMITTEE. The SSC will still support ATD
goals & support ways to increase Native Hawaiian success but what other things can we do.
Continue discussion of our vision, mission, goals, and strategies, priorities

ATD Core Team-Updates

Wo Champion Day and the 50th Anniversary of the UHCCs will be integrated into the first day of our 2014
ATD HSI event. Expect 4-500 attendees day one. Possible location-Hawai‘i Convention Ctr. Second day will
be regular ATD HSI day, location TBD.

A Second round of funding will be available for ATD Innovations RFPs. Date submissions TBA

Need to identify Scaling Up Activities at UHMC to prepare for sp site visit and to find workshop presenters
for ATD HSI event.
