Definition
For the purpose of this unit standard the words product and processing have the
meanings listed in part 1 of the Animal Products Act 1999.

All explanations, descriptions and demonstration must meet the documentary
requirements established by the New Zealand Food Safety Authority (Animal
Products) or designated agent.

Evidence requirements

processing are described.
